How it Works

A microprocessor rapidly adjusts the rpm of the peristaltic wheel, based on the flow sensor data, to provide a pulse-free fluid delivery.

Integrated Components for Each Fluid Channel
  • Peristaltic-wheel
  • Flow sensor
  • Controller
Communication
  • The integrated microprocessor reads the real-time flow rate measurement from the flow sensor, and then adjusts the rpm and direction of the peristaltic wheel to provide the desired flow rate.
  • The communication time is nearly instantaneous resulting in pulse-free, high performance fluid delivery.
Control
  • PC Software - Synchronize one to eight independently controlled fluid channels.  Fully programmable fluid delivery.
  • LabVIEW VI
Data Logging
  • Flow rate is logged.
  • Digital output via USB.
